A celebration of the internationally acclaimed children's educator, Fred Rogers, known as Mr. Rogers, to generations of children. He was best known for his daily song that ended with " Won't you be my neighbor?"
Rogers was born on March 20, 1928. People are encouraged to remember him by wearing their favorite sweaters today and practicing neighborliness.
