Approximately 1.8 million, (including 40,000 babies in the United States) are affected by Congenital Heart Defects (CHD), yet scant funds have been made available for research and cures. This week long event is about bringing people together, sharing stories and raising awareness so that some day in the not to distant future, CHD may be a thing of the past.
Participants include individuals, local support groups, national and local organizations and congenital cardiology centers world wide.
