Every January, the mentoring movement unites in celebration of National Mentoring Month. Within the month are several awareness days, including today's event: I am a Mentor Day.
Mentors are critical to our success individually and as a community, whether formal or informal. Today is about sharing your experience as a mentor and helping others become involved in this critical success tool for students and adults alike.
