What is the difference between custard and pudding?
Custards have eggs, and puddings do not. Custards thickened through egg protein. Puddings thickened through starch (tapioca, cornstarch, etc.)
Custards are not vegan. Puddings are vegan if made with soy, rice, or coconut milk.
Whichever you prefer, enjoy eating chocolate all month in a pie, torte, or custard.
