Bagels & Lox are an American food pairing of bagels with salt brine preserved salmon thinly sliced and often served with capers, cream cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
The bagel gained acceptance once introduced by the Lender Brothers (Lender's Bagels) in the United States as a street food.
