First held in 2002, Mead Day is the American Homebrewers Association (AHA) awareness campaign to bring mead makers together. Mead is a fermented beverage of honey, water, and yeast, and it is believed to pre-date wine. Flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other edibles add to its variety.
