World Nautilus Night shines a light on the night world of this cephalopod. Nautilus, like snails, live in shells and roam the tidal basins and coral reefs of the world.

Each year, marine scientist throughout the world celebrate International Cephalopods Awareness Days in October as a teaching tool and a call for marine environmental preservation.
