National Robotics Week starts on the first Saturday of each April.
First organized in 2009, it's goal is to celebrate robotics technology in the U.S., to educate the people on how robotics impact out everyday life. The week raises awareness about the importance of funding robotics technology and inspiring students of all ages to pursue careers in any of the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
