DESCRIPTION:
World Pancreatic Cancer Day seeks to raise awareness of the causes, signs of the disease, as well as and tools available for those living with pancreatic cancer, the fourth leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.
The key symptoms of pancreatic cancer are:
Abdominal and mid-back pain
Unexplained Weight loss
Yellow Skin or Eyes
Change in Stool
New-onset Diabetes
Digestive problems
This ultra-fatal form of cancer is the most deadliest. It has the lowest survival rate worldwide with over 90% dying from the disease.
