DESCRIPTION:
Finnmarksløpet is Europe's longest dog sled race (1200 km/745 miles). It was first run in 1981. The sporting event is so popular it garners 33% of the television viewing audience in northern Europe each year. Today's weeks-long event includes mushers, live music, and entertainment venues live-streamed.
PLEASE NOTE:
