You may cancel your Jubilee LLC membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Jubilee LLC service through the end of your annual billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR LACK OF USE. To cancel, go to the "Your Account" page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO-RENEW, YOUR LEEP CALENDAR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE. YOU, BY NOT PRE-CANCELING, YOU AUTHORIZE JUBILEE LLC (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Your LEEP membership can be canceled anytime by logging into Your Account and changing your membership settings. Should you choose to cancel within three (3) days of signing up for a paid membership and have not logged into your account (other than to cancel), have not imported dates into your personal calendar, uploaded more than one event per year, or utilized any of the other services set aside for paid members, we will refund your membership fee in full. Cancelation at any other time will prevent your membership from auto-renewing but will not result in a refund. LEEP Calendar memberships obtained through gift or promotional codes, individual user accounts on multi-user accounts for individual businesses, and press passes are not refundable.
Cancellations within the first three (3) days are approved via the contact form. A copy of your confirmation email with the account number and amount paid must be copied and pasted into your request. LEEP Calendar uses a third party to handle all banking and financial details. We do not keep your financial information on our servers. Refunds are processed according to the bank's policies and can take up to thirty (30) days.
LEEP Calendar is a SaaS (software as a service). Should we offer digital products (music, e-books, podcasts, etc.), these products are delivered by internet download. After your purchase is approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed immediately but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours if technical issues arise. Upon completing your order, you will be directed to a download page. Each product allows only one (1) download per file, and it must be done within twenty-four (24) hours. Some products may have multiple files due to their size.
You will receive a receipt via the email you entered in the ordering process. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and instructions to access our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are monitored to ensure you can access our products successfully. However, issues do occur. If you have any problems downloading your product, please use the contact form to notify us, and we will respond within 24 hours Monday-Friday, except US national holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is essential to us. Due to the digital nature of our products, once delivered, we generally do not offer refunds.

Purchases made outside of LEEPCalendar.com and our affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the companies and organizations purchased where they are purchased. These include reservation and ticket links associated with individual events on LEEPCalendar.com, and any products or services showcased in advertisements, comments, or not designated as a product/service of Jubilee LLC.
You may edit your Payment Method information by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link, available at the top of the pages of the Jubilee LLC website. If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see "Cancellation" below), you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. If you signed up for Jubilee LLC using your account with a third party (i.e., iTunes or a similar account) as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your Jubilee LLC membership at any time, including during a promotional trial, you will need to do so through such third party, including by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from, the Jubilee LLC service You may also find your Jubilee LLC membership billing information by visiting your account with the applicable third party. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
