During CMHA Mental Health Week, Canadians take the time to reflect on their mental health.

Canadians are speaking up on the need for psychotherapy, counseling, and community-based mental health services and programs, in addition to acknowledging the issues accompanying mental illness and the need for respect and housing for those suffering, regardless of income.

National Mental Health Week in Canada has been a weekly occurrence since 1951.
