Movember, also known as No Shave November, is a campaign challenging men to grow a mustache and beard during the month to raise awareness of men’s health issues.
Sponsored by the Movember Foundation, health issues highlighted include early detection of certain kinds of cancer and depression. First held in 2004, today, it is supported by thousands of organizations worldwide, and the cause is considered one of the top 100 NGOs in the world.
