DESCRIPTION:
Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for children ages 1-12. Many deaths and injuries are preventable through the proper use of car seats, booster seats, and seat belts.
This annual week sponsored by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration exists to help parents and caregivers ensure they always use the correct car seats for their children, according to age and size.
