Banana Bread Day does solve one big problem though,…what to do with all those over-ripe bananas!
This is one of the few delicious applications for over-ripe, black spotted bananas that are far too mushy and sweet to eat. So go ahead. Gather up yes bananas and go bake some bread. You can always bring the leftovers into the office tomorrow!
