Data Privacy & Protection Day aims to raise awareness and to promote healthy privacy and protection practices. Sponsored by a number of organizations throughout the country, Data Privacy and Protection Day is an educational initiative that focuses on both businesses and schools/universities.
This date marks the anniversary of the creation of the first data privacy directive January 28, 1981.
