How is it celebrated? Throw a Tahitian or Hawaiian themed party complete with drinks, grass skirts and coconut bras, toast the mid-winter chill and fantasize about warmer climates and times. Yes, it's an excuse for a party and a little bit of wacky fun. We've been unable to figure out where this event originated, but who cares!
