National Bike to School Day traditionally occurs during the second week of May, which is National Bike Month. The entire month seeks to share the joys and benefits of bicycling in communities nationwide. Schools are encouraged to choose a day this week, (or anytime during the month) as their official Bike to School Day. There is no absolute right or wrong day. The entire month is Bike Month.
