Qixi Qingren Jie, Chinese Valentines Day or Double Seven Day always on the 7th Day of the 7th month of the Chinese calendar; this festival originated during the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220AD).
Chinese Valentines Day, or the Qixi Festival, celebrates the union of two star-crossed lovers in Chinese mythology who, through the help of magpies creating a bridge between them, now form the Milky Way in the stars.
In China, this is a festival for young girls and newlywed couples, and it ultimately symbolizes sexual happiness and marital devotion.
