September is Fruits & Veggies, More Matters Month, a month dedicated to reminding people to eat a healthy and balanced diet and promote local produce.
During this month, people are encouraged to learn more about the importance of a healthy diet and help spread the idea. Furthermore, buying locally produced fruit and veggies is usually more nutritious and stimulates the local economy, which benefits the entire community!
