Noodle Day is a celebration of the life and work of Franco-American author Raymond Federman (May 15, 1928 – October 6, 2009). In his book, "Double or Nothing," he frequently referred to noodles in analogies. He was a beloved writer, teacher, and wordsmith, and his fans created this day.
Federman was the sort of person who avoided the conventional opening sentence and would probably hate a conventional eulogy.
