Ice Cream for Breakfast Day is about defying convention and enjoying one of the most beloved frozen treats out there to start your day.
Legend states two parents in New York created this holiday for their daughter Ruth and her brother Joe to give them something to look forward to in mid-winter. Once the children grew up, they carried on the tradition to their family and friends. It eventually became an annual event.
