DESCRIPTION:
The island territory of Puerto Rico hosts one of the largest and best Carnaval celebrations in the northern hemisphere. The annual party of parades, costumes, merrymaking, and food was first held in 1858. It's everything a reveler could want, situated sweetly on a tropical island. Annually the week leading up to Lent.
