Samantha is for Samantha Smith who is known as the world's youngest ambassador. She wrote a letter to the head of the Soviet Union, Yuri Andropov, congratulating him on his new job and bring to understand the Cold War. After a couple of letters, she finally received an answer from the leader. This got her an invitation to visit, from which she wrote a book. Samantha died on August 25, 1985 in a plane crash. She was only 13.
