About National Peach Month

DESCRIPTION:
Peach Month gives license to indulge in succulent slices of the fuzzy fruit we call peaches. Celebrate by going to the peach orchard, creating jams, pies, and other treats ranging from smoothies to peach cobbler. However you celebrate, this is one of the best tasting months of the year!
Peaches came from China and arrived in the Americas with Spanish explorers in the 16th Century.
