About the Jewish Month of Kislev

DESCRIPTION:
Kislev is the third month of the Hebrew calendar and the ninth month of the ecclesiastical year, corresponding to November and December in the Gregorian calendar.
Typically, Kislev has 30 days, but it can also be shorter when Rosh Hashanah is postponed. Kislev is the month of Hanukkah in the Hebrew Calendar.

All Hebrew calendar months and celebrations begin and end at sundown. LEEP Calendar marks Jewish months and events on their first full day. Observant people of the faith will observe the beginning at sunset the day prior.
