Delicious, sweet, buttery, and nutty, sticky buns have been a favorite breakfast sweet (or mid-afternoon sugar rush) for centuries.
Sticky buns originated in North Africa and Greece and worked their way through Europe as the Romans expanded their empire. Enjoy!
