Created by Presidential Proclamation in 2012, International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month seeks to raise awareness about the various types of childhood cancer, raise funds for research and support the families caring for children with these illnesses.
International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is observed worldwide, with each nation’s health ministry or childhood cancer charities providing support and materials.
