DESCRIPTION:
On the first workday following the tax filing deadline in the United States, the Health Resources Network sponsors National Stress Awareness Day (also part of their National Stress Awareness Month).
This national cooperative effort seeks to educate the public about the dangers of stress, successful coping strategies, and harmful misconceptions about stress that are prevalent in our society.
The United Kingdom holds its annual National Stress Awareness Day in November.
