About the AFC Championship Game

DESCRIPTION:
The American Football Conference (AFC) Championship Game, or AFC Title Game, determines which team from the American AFC will play in the Super Bowl against the National Football Conference (NFC) Championship Game winner.
The Super Bowl is played between the top team in the AFC and the top team in the NFC. It is the final professional football contest of the year, and the winner is considered the World Champion.
