Stewart’s Root Beer is an old-fashioned soda that originated in Mansfield, Ohio, and the company began producing soda in 1924.
Root beer is a beverage of the Native Americans, created from the sassafras or sarsaparilla root. Charles Elmer Hires was the first to produce root beer commercially in 1876.
