Get Over It Day is a day to sit back, relax and get over it. Whatever 'it' happens to be. This day was started in 2005 by a young man trying to get over a lost love.
Celebrate this day by letting go of an old grudge, an embarrassing moment you'd rather forget, or a disappointment you have endured. Focus on the positive.
