Cerebral Palsy is a non-progressive condition affecting the immature brain characterized by movement, balance, and postural problems, and it is the most common disorder affecting children and adults globally.
The Cerebral Palsy Awareness and Protection Week hopes to create an environment for persons with cerebral palsy to enjoy productive lives.
The National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) and the Cerebral Palsied Association of the Philippines, Inc champion the event.
