DESCRIPTION:
Kombucha or 'Booch' is a fermented tea that has become to millennials what the martini is to the Great Generation and coolers to GenX. It's basically the 'it' alcohol beverage. And like all things millennial, it's organic, has low cal options and includes various other things like herbs and probiotics, depending on flavor. Kombucha Day was first held in 2019.
