About National Epilepsy Month

DESCRIPTION:
National Epilepsy Month seeks to raise awareness on the treatment and therapies available to those afflicted epilepsy.
During this month people are encouraged to acknowledge and understand the disorder and support the fight against the misconceptions, discrimination and isolation facing those who live with epilepsy. Additionally, this month provides the support system of those affected by this condition.
