The Grenada Chocolate Festival first occurred in 2013 and is held on the island of Grenada in the Caribbean.
Activities include “Dance the Cocoa,” (moving your feet) over the cocoa beans in a large bowl-shaped containers to shell them. The festival allows visitors to ‘chocolatier’ a real life cocoa plantation, enjoy cooking demos, chocolate making demos, and of course … plenty of chocolate tastings. It’s a festival of culinary delight and a chocolate lover’s paradise.
