Love a Tree Day celebrates the great givers of shade and scrubbers of our air, the tree. Deforestation has reduced the earths forests to less than 30% of the global land. The key causes of deforestation are clearing land for agriculture, logging, urban expansion and natural events including fires, floods and over grazing.
