International Childhood Cancer Campaign Month and is designed to raise awareness around the struggles of cancer-stricken children and the research needed to mitigate this disease.

The Childhood Cancer Campaign Month event started in 2001 as a forum for Optimist clubs worldwide to raise funds to cure cancer.
