The World Health Organization organizes Worldwide Hepatitis Day to raise awareness of the dangers of hepatitis, how it's contracted, its effects, and how best to treat the different variations of the disease.
Despite its massive effect on people, hepatitis remains relatively unknown, undiagnosed, and untreated in millions of people.
