IT IS ONE OF TWO INTERNATIONAL CAPS LOCK DAYS. THE FIRST IS CELEBRATED ON JUNE 28 TO COMMEMORATE BILLY MAYS, THE INFOMERCIAL KING, WHO DIED IN 2009. THE SECOND IS ON OCTOBER 22.
