Dr. Marthenia "Tina" Dupree is known as the Chicken Lady in Miami, Florida, for her community outreach and works helping people excel in public speaking. She received the moniker as the Director of Community Relations and Training for her employer, one of the largest chicken restaurant chains in the world. She created the Professional Speakers Network, Inc., a non-profit that has helped thousands of people become excellent public speakers. Her graduates set aside this day to thank her each year.
