DESCRIPTION:
With Vanilla ice cream, peaches, and raspberry sauce, Peach Melba Day celebrates the Victorian dessert created by French chef Auguste Escoffier during the 1890s. The dessert was the chef's tribute to the internationally famous opera singer Nellie Melba.
