A vital component of the Real Bread Campaign, Real Bread Week began in 2009. The international awareness campaign celebrates authentic bread and the people who make it.
The campaign encourages bakeries and baking schools worldwide to organize and hold classes, feasts, and related activities celebrating this staple of worldwide diets.
