National Whiner's Day was set aside in 1986 for those who didn't get what they wanted for the holidays to whine about it. Founded by Kevin C Zaborney, he publishes that year's most prolific whiner each year, identified through nomination. Nominations open on December 1 and close on December 15 each year. Past Whiner winners include 2021's "The Karen," candymaker Toblerone, and actress Lindsey Lohan.
