Annually on the anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's "Mountain Top" speech, delivered April 3, 1968, Weed Out Hate Day is dedicated to rooting out hate in the office (and elsewhere). Hate takes the form of bullying, jealousy, anger, divisiveness, retribution, revenge, gossip, and other negative behaviors and emotions.
