World Reflexology Week occurs annually during the last week of September. Its purpose is to increase public awareness of holistic and complementary health care and active participation from ICR members.
Reflexology is a holistic approach to healthcare that taps into pressure points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face, or ears to alleviate pain and stress in other parts of the body.
