About World Quark Day

Quark doesn't refer to the drafting software essential to 1980s and 1990s engineering.
World Quark Day was invented in 2019 to celebrate the cream cheese like food out of Europe that can best be described as a cross between buttermilk and yogurt. Unlike a lot of the new foods that are plant based, quark is still derived from real buttermilk. It is much lower in fat than traditional cream cheese, but spreads as easily and can be substituted. High in calcium, it is especially prized in the elderly care community.
