Sugar would be classified as a drug under current FDA schemes. It affects your mind, and your body. The challenge during Sugar Awareness Week is to abstain from sugar for five days and take note of how your body reacts. Annually the 3rd work week of January. Take the test on the event website to see if you have a sugar addiction. This event was first held in 2011.
