Those numbers may sound small for some or massive for others, but this means that of the eight billion people living on Earth at the moment, eight million have a bleeding disorder, and most of them are not diagnosed and do not receive any treatment.
That's why each year, we have World Hemophilia Day seeks to raise awareness of what it means to have hemophilia and how to deal with it. Supporters of the event wear red ties for the day.
