World Bipolar Day (WBD) is an initiative of the Asian Network of Bipolar Disorder (ANBD), the International Bipolar Foundation (IBPF), and the International Society for Bipolar Disorders (ISBD). It is held annually on the birth date of Vincent Van Gogh, (March 30, 1853). After his death, doctors believe he suffered from bipolar disorder.
